The appointment form asks for your name, phone number, selected professional and service, preferred appointment date and time, payment method and transaction reference. You may also choose to upload a payment screenshot (PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 5 MB) or add a note.
The information is used to receive and manage appointment requests, contact you about your request, and manually review payment details. Payment is not automatically detected by this website. Telebirr and CBE instructions refer to personal accounts displayed on the booking page; verify the recipient and amount before transferring funds. Never submit a PIN, password or one-time verification code.
Appointment information and any uploaded payment proof are sent to the configured Supabase service. Bright Care must configure and regularly review database and file-storage access rules so that only authorized staff can view or manage appointment records and payment proofs. Do not use this form until the site operator has confirmed those access rules and applicable privacy obligations.
The site can create an unlisted Jitsi Meet room link. An unlisted link is not the same as an access-controlled or confidential clinical room: anyone who obtains the link may be able to join. Do not post or forward the link publicly, and avoid putting highly sensitive health details in booking notes. The patient-side shortcut is stored in this browser only; clearing browser data or using another device may remove it. This website version does not send SMS messages.
